Every one of JointReliveX's 8 ingredients carries its own published amount. That's a good starting point, but disclosure alone doesn't tell you whether an amount is meaningful. So we compared each one against the doses most often cited in outside research.
| Ingredient | JointReliveX Dose | Common Research Dose |
|---|---|---|
| Glucosamine Sulfate | 1,000 mg | ~1,500 mg (in combination studies) |
| Chondroitin Sulfate | 100 mg | ~1,200 mg (in combination studies) |
| Quercetin | 16.7 mg | up to 1,000 mg in some studies |
| Boswellia Extract | 133.3 mg | Broadly in line with common study ranges |
Glucosamine and Boswellia sit in a reasonable range. Chondroitin, at 100mg, is roughly a twelfth of the amount used in the landmark glucosamine-chondroitin combination research. Quercetin, at 16.7mg, is roughly a sixtieth of the highest doses studied for that ingredient.
A lower dose than a research study used doesn't automatically mean an ingredient contributes nothing. But it does mean the specific research often cited for chondroitin and quercetin doesn't directly transfer to what's actually in a JointReliveX capsule.
If the glucosamine-chondroitin research is the reason you're considering this category, know that this specific formula's chondroitin amount sits well below what that research used. That's not disqualifying, but it's worth knowing before you order rather than after.
